Mrs Bectors Food Specialities Ltd., a leading manufacturer in the Indian FMCG and bakery segment, operates at scale with an extensive network of B2B customers, distributors, and vendors across regions.
As the business expanded, onboarding new customers and vendors became increasingly complex. The existing process relied heavily on physical paper forms with multiple sections covering compliance, taxation, licensing, and operational details. This manual approach resulted in long onboarding cycles, inconsistent data, and significant administrative overhead.
To support scale and bring consistency across divisions, the client sought a digital transformation of their entire vendor and customer onboarding process-one that was simple for external users, yet robust enough to integrate seamlessly with their enterprise systems.
