Our solution developed for EV charging station units offers a comprehensive set of tools, encompassing an interactive CRM, charger network apps, management software for EV charging, and billing/data management software for stations. The interactive CRM encourages personalized interactions, and the network apps provide a user-friendly interface for real-time information sharing for EV charging stations.
Our management software enables remote monitoring and control, and the billing system ensures accurate tracking of energy consumption. We prioritize security, compliance, and seamless integration, offering scalability and customization options to meet station operators' specific needs. These solutions collectively contribute to the efficiency and reliability of electric vehicle charging infrastructure.

OCPP protocol implementation
To address the challenges of incorporating diverse features, integrating the OCPP protocol into the system was important. This implementation enabled us to establish the connectivity needed to fulfill the client's requested SRS.
Mobile App
We developed an iOS/Android developed mobile app for the client. The mobile is packed with a range of features, too. We used Flutter for the development of the app. Customers can use this app to locate the charger, initiate the charging process from mobile, pay the bill and so on.
Crafting the state-of-the-art features
We used the technology to create various features and designed an admin panel and user dashboard for the client. Here, we included the charger name, the location of the charger, the life of the charger, the status of the charger, meter readings of all chargers under one system, etc. Not just that, we also developed micro-level facilities like Type of charger, the distance of the charger and mobile, the duration of start charging, client data about using other charger points, the transaction history of the prospective customer, QR scanner to start charging, etc.
Charger Management Panel
To bring control of all the chargers and its data, we crafted an admin panel where our client can access and control the activities of all the chargers. This included charging start-stop time, location of chargers, client information, billing details, charger meter readings, etc. We also built it in a way that we can get a final report that included all the user based information. Tax report, all transactions report, coupon code and its application.
