Challenges
In a highly competitive market like India, where multiple brands manufacture furniture and fittings, retaining channel partners is a constant challenge. A leading dealer of India’s largest furniture and fittings brand faced a pressing issue—channel partners, including carpenters and site workers, were not exclusively recommending their products to end customers.

Solution:
IConflux designed and developed a mobile app tailored for the brand’s channel partners, enabling them to earn rewards for every product they used in their projects. Here’s how it worked:

We implemented a system where each product package had a unique QR code. Channel partners had to scan the QR code using the mobile app to confirm the use of that product.
