This project aimed to solve a major industry challenge-retaining loyal channel partners in the competitive furniture and fittings market. By developing a QR code-based digital loyalty program, IConflux empowered carpenters and site workers to earn reward points for using and recommending the brand’s products. Challenges
In a highly competitive market like India, where multiple brands manufacture furniture and fittings, retaining channel partners is a constant challenge. A leading dealer of India’s largest furniture and fittings brand faced a pressing issue—channel partners, including carpenters and site workers, were not exclusively recommending their products to end customers.
To tackle this, the dealer envisioned a Loyalty Program to incentivize and retain channel partners. However, executing this program required a seamless digital solution, and IConflux stepped in.
Solution:
IConflux designed and developed a mobile app tailored for the brand’s channel partners, enabling them to earn rewards for every product they used in their projects. Here’s how it worked:
QR Code-Based Tracking:
We implemented a system where each product package had a unique QR code. Channel partners had to scan the QR code using the mobile app to confirm the use of that product.
Instant Reward Points:
Each successful scan awarded loyalty points to the partner’s app account.
Redeemable Rewards:
Partners could later redeem accumulated points for exciting prizes such as kitchen appliances, water jugs, and air fryers—items that resonate with their personal and family needs.
Data-Driven Insights:
