This project aimed to solve a major industry challenge-retaining loyal channel partners in the competitive furniture and fittings market. By developing a QR code-based digital loyalty program, IConflux empowered carpenters and site workers to earn reward points for using and recommending the brand’s products. In a highly competitive market like India, where multiple brands manufacture furniture and fittings, retaining channel partners is a constant challenge. A leading dealer of India’s largest furniture and fittings brand faced a pressing issue—channel partners, including carpenters and site workers, were not exclusively recommending their products to end customers.

To tackle this, the dealer envisioned a Loyalty Program to incentivize and retain channel partners. However, executing this program required a seamless digital solution, and IConflux stepped in.
